COVID-19 Update

Late Monday afternoon, October 5, 2020, leadership at Pearl S. Buck International were informed that a member of the office staff had tested positive for COVID-19. Operations were suspended immediately for two days to allow for the deep cleaning, sanitizing and decontamination of all Pearl S. Buck International facilities. As always, the safety and well-being of all our visitors, staff, and volunteers remain a priority for us and so out of an abundance of caution, all of Pearl S. Buck International, including the main office, Pearl S. Buck House, International Gift Shop, Exhibit Gallery and Cultural Center, will be closed to the public until Monday, October 19, 2020. All staff will work from home during that same period. It is of the utmost importance to all of us at Pearl S. Buck International that all visitors to our grounds feel safe. We will continue to enforce our health and safety guidelines and protocols when we reopen to ensure the safest experience possible for everyone. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on October 19.
