Please join us for an inspirational ribbon-cutting ceremony commemorating the opening of the new Conference and Event Center at Pearl S. Buck International. This beautiful state-of-the-art event space will be named in honor of Janet L. Mintzer, Emeritus President and CEO, who dedicated nearly 20 years of leadership and love to Pearl S. Buck International.
In addition to hosting Pearl S. Buck International signature events such as Woman of Influence and programs such as High School Global Leadership and Welcome Workplace intercultural competency training, the Janet L. Mintzer Center will provide the perfect venue on 67 wooded acres for business meetings and retreats, community and civic gatherings, family special events, weddings, and more. In keeping with the work and mission of Pearl S. Buck International, it will also serve as a center that truly furthers Pearl Buck’s cross-cultural and humanitarian legacy as a hub for conversation, dialogue, and education.
This special day is a celebration of four years of hard work that began with a vision and was realized through the generosity of our dedicated Pearl S. Buck International donors and friends.
This will be an outdoor dedication ceremony with limited seating. A light reception within the new event space will follow. Self-parking is available. Please note that COVID-19 safety protocols will be strictly followed. Masks must be worn.
