Bread Machine for Children Living in Ogada – Kenya (This project has been fully funded)
Location: Kisumu, Kenya
Beneficiaries: 93 children living in the home
Background:
Ogada Children’s Home is home to 93 vulnerable and orphaned children. There are 11 staff who live at the home and care for the needs of the children. The 53 children in primary school live on campus 24/7, and there is room for the 40 older children to stay at the home on school holidays. A bread machine would allow everyone to have at the very least fresh and nutritious bread on a regular basis.

To increase the children’s ability to have at least fresh and nutritious bread on a more regular basis.
