Holiday Events Returning to the Pearl S. Buck Estate

This winter, Pearl S. Buck International will continue the annual tradition of celebrating the holiday season with Festival of Trees and other events at the historic Pearl S. Buck House Museum, 520 Dublin Road, Perkasie, PA 18944.

Festival of Trees & Candlelight Tours

Festival of Trees remains one of the most unique and historic holiday traditions in the region. Each year during the Annual Festival of trees, the rooms of Pearl S. Buck’s iconic Bucks County stone farmhouse come alive with the glow of holiday decorations. The event showcases beautiful trees and vignettes designed by Bucks County’s best artists, decorators, and local community groups to convey the spirit of Pearl S. Buck’s legacy as an author, humanitarian, and activist.

This year marks the return of the always popular evening Candlelight Tours, available on select dates during Festival of Trees. This iconic holiday event runs from November 14, 2024—January 5, 2025.

Juried Craft Show

From November 29—December 8, 2024, enjoy the Pearl S. Buck Juried Craft Show, which has been a Bucks County tradition for nearly 30 years. Enjoy a unique shopping experience at this high-end craft show, which offers jury-selected gifts, decorations, food, jewelry, apparel, and more from professional crafters, artists, and chefs.

The Juried Craft Show, produced by the Pearl S. Buck Volunteer Association, is the perfect place to find an array of amazing gifts for your family and friends this holiday season.

Community Holiday Party

Be our guest at our Community Holiday Party, which features complimentary tours of the Festival of Trees, a visit from Santa, and a live musical performance by the Pennridge High School Choir. This annual event carries on the historic tradition of Pearl S. Buck’s holiday party for the community. Please save the date for this special event!

The Festival of Trees will take place from November 14, 2024 to January 5, 2025 at the Pearl S. Buck House. Reservations required; tickets can be purchased by calling 215-249-0100 x110.
