Special Exhibition Pearl and Petals Coming to the Pearl S. Buck House This Summer

Pearl S. Buck International is pleased to announce a new special exhibition, Pearl and Petals, at the Pearl S. Buck House National Historic Landmark Museum this summer. Pearl and Petals will feature a wide range of floral displays by local designers and florists throughout the rooms of our historic house museum and inspired by the life and legacy of Nobel and Pulitzer Prize-winning writer, humanitarian, and activist Pearl S. Buck.

In addition to this fun summer twist on our regular museum house tours, Pearl and Petals will feature special curator-led tours on limited dates. Join our curator for special insights into the Pearl and Petals exhibition. This tour will also include an outdoor portion to visit our greenhouses and other parts of our grounds and gardens (weather permitting). These enhanced tours will be offered June 12, July 10 and August 14 at 3 pm.

To round out this special exhibition, the Pearl S. Buck House Museum has teamed up with Mark Bryan Designs to offer a combination summer floral design class and house tour on June 7 from 1-4 pm. Join us for an afternoon of fun with a summer floral design class led by wedding floral designer and landscape artist Mark Bryan Designs. The class will be followed by a tour of the Pearl and Petals exhibition.
